RENDERING

Page focused on rendering works, with the aim of highlighting the importance of this communication tool in the process of designing architectural projects

The technique of a good render consists of achieving an exact representation of reality, showing an approximate of how a space can be used and inhabited after its construction.

RENDERS REMODELING PROPOSAL

WHAT DID THE PROJECT CONSIST OF?

The Portón 84 hotel is located in an old house in Chapinero Alto, which was refurbished to become a lodging site. However, the event rooms of this hotel still have problems in terms of lighting, sound and quality of finishes, which is why a remodeling of these spaces was proposed, the renderings correspond to the preview of the proposal in the imperial room, trees, garden and gate, along with two terraces.

Thanks to the images, the budget for the project was approved and it is planned to go from pre-design to draft in 2023 for subsequent construction.

INTERIOR RENDERS: ENCAPE

WHAT DID THE PROJECT CONSIST OF?

Exercise elaborated in the race which consisted of making a model in Revit of the house on the stream of Buenos Aires.

The exterior renderings were made in twinmotion due to the versatility that the program offers when it comes to representing natural environments.

The interior renderings were worked in escape in order to exploit the lighting capacity offered by the program and the good handling of reflections, which gives a more realistic sensation.

WHAT DID THE PROJECT CONSIST OF?

This project carried out in the university period consisted of making a 3D model of the El Campín stadium located in the city of Bogotá. The main challenge for creating images for this project was to get the most out of the fewest possible elements, taking into account the weight of the model, which made it difficult to manipulate. Therefore, from the management of angles, lighting and scenery, we sought to portray in the most realistic way possible different scenarios that would show the reconstruction of the stadium.
